What you may need to prepare
QuickBooks Online access
You'll be asked to invite Dial as an accountant user with appropriate permissions. Please never share your personal login credentials.
Bank & credit card records
Statements and access to the transaction records needed to reconcile your accounts.
Point-of-sale reports
Depending on your business, sales, payment, fee, refund, tip, and payout reports from systems such as Square, Vagaro, Fresha, Mindbody, or others.
Payroll information
If payroll bookkeeping is included, payroll summaries, tax liability reports, and supporting documents from your payroll provider.
Existing bookkeeping records
If your books need cleanup, previous reports and records help us understand what needs correcting.
Secure information sharing
Sensitive records are requested only after engagement, through an appropriate secure process. Never email passwords or financial credentials.
