This website is operated by DiAl Bookkeeping LLC ("Dial Bookkeeping," "we," "us"), a bookkeeping business based in Miami, Florida, serving clients remotely in the United States.

When you submit our consultation request form, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- Full name, business name, and business email address (required)
- Industry and the services you're interested in (required)
- Phone number, business website, current accounting software, approximate transaction volume, current bookkeeping situation, and any additional message (optional)
- The page from which you submitted the form
The form does not ask for, and we ask that you do not submit, passwords, bank account numbers, tax identification numbers, or employee personal information.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and to operate the site.
How we use your information
- To review and respond to your inquiry
- To contact you about a potential bookkeeping engagement
- To protect the website against spam and abuse

How your information is stored
Consultation requests are stored in a private database accessible only to Dial Bookkeeping. Submissions are not publicly visible. We retain inquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond and for ordinary business records.
